Daydreamer Designs is based out of Central Oregon. Our decals are currently being sold in several local stores, on ebay, and through our website Daydreamerdecals.com. We have thousands of unique designs and we make decals for family, work, and fun. We also make magnetic signs, custom license plate frames, and more. You dream it, we make it.

Designs

Most of our graphics are unique one of a kind designs that you won't find anywhere else. We don't believe in using standard clipart graphics that you can find at every sign shop. Instead we take the time to push the limit and create graphics that will make your car, truck, or boat look unique. Most of our tribals, dragons, flames, ect. were hand drawn, scanned in, and then slightly modified to produce the best and most effective graphic possible. We believe you want your vehicle or boat to look the best and with our graphics it will.

Materials Used

At Daydreamer Designs we use only top quality premium cast vinyl for all our decals. The life expectancy for most of our vinyl decals is 5-7 years. With proper installation and proper care, there is no reason that our decals shouldn't last at least 5 years.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and the price of shipping will be determined upon checkout. Each item is carefully packed to ensure proper handling. Most items will ship out within 3 days after purchase. And normal delivery time usually takes 3-5 days. Please visit our shipping page for additional information.

Terms

By placing an order on this site, you the customer agree to all terms and conditions stated here. You represent that you have the right to use all logos, text and/or graphics submitted by you to us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to accept orders from customers who we have reason to believe have infringed or otherwise violated the intellectual property rights of others. We have the right to refuse service to any customer we do not want to do business with. Daydreamer Designs / Daydreamerdecals.com has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Daydreamerdecals.com production.You agree to not use Daydreamer Designs services to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Daydreamer Designs / Daydreamerdecals.com will not be held accountable for any damages to properties, vehicles, boats, etc., that our decals are applied to by you the customer. Any damage that is incurred to paint, window tint, or any other surface you apply or remove our decals from we can not be held accountable for. Daydreamerdecals.com is neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to the improper use, resale or display of products purchased. By using this Site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Daydreamer Designs harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of the Site in violation or breach of this Agreement. By submitting an order to us, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) in any action by any third party based on a claim that you infringed such third parties intellectual property rights.

Daydreamer Designs / Daydreamerdecals.com recognizes, respects, and protects the privacy of our customers. Your privacy and personal information are held in trust when you shop online with us. Our customer’s order information stays with us - no one else will see it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share any information regarding or provided by our customers to anyone for any reason. We require and only use information our customers knowingly and willingly provide to process their order, fulfill their service request or to enhance their personal shopping experience. Any information received by us is held with the utmost care and security. All information is stored on a secured server and is not accessible, nor given out to any third parties.

We make every effort to satisfy our customers and to ensure they are content with their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a decal or graphics kit, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. There will be no returns or refunds on decals that have been used, damaged, or applied to any surface. Understandably, personalized and custom items may not be returned for a refund unless we have otherwise said they would be accepted. All other items will be accepted without written authorization from Daydreamer Designs / Daydreamerdecals.com. In order for an item to be returned or exchanged, the complete unused item must be sent back to us. No refunds or exchanges will be given until we receive the item to be exchanged or refunded back. A small restocking fee of 15% may apply to some orders and all return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. Orders made with specialty vinyl or custom colors may not be returned or exchanged. After 30 days from the sale date, we are not responsible for the package anymore and if the customer fails to notify us within that 30 days that their package has not been received, then it is their liability and we will not be able to compensate them or credit them for it.

We warranty that our decals are free of defects and our warranty lasts up until the decals are applied. Once applied there are no warranties and all reapairs or replacement of the decals will be solely up to the customer.

We do not charge sales tax on any order. Customers from any state or country shall be solely responsible for all other taxes and duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
